If you were previously a Duke Energy utility customer, your Home Protection Plans were included on your monthly electric bill. However, since you are no longer a Duke Energy regulated utility customer, we cannot add the plan amount to your monthly utility bill. Your credit card, debit card or bank account will be charged each month for your selected Home Protection Plan(s). You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
When you enroll in Sewer Line Repair Premium you'll receive all the benefits of our Sewer Line Repair Essential plan. You'll also receive coverage for landscaping damages that may occur during the sewer line repair, including restoration to your yard, shrubs, trees and paved surfaces, such as your driveway, sidewalk, patio and porch.
